RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Keira Art, every artwork is carefully hand-painted by our artists. We are committed to your satisfaction and are happy to assist if anything does not meet your expectations.
30-DAY RETURN POLICY
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return shipping costs and any applicable fees depend on the reason for the return:
If the return is due to damage, loss, or other issues on our side, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is based on personal preference or any customer-related reason, the return shipping cost and any associated fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
REPLACEMENTS FOR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your artwork arrives damaged during transit, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

Your order number
Clear photos of the artwork and packaging
After review, we will arrange a replacement or provide a suitable solution.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible for a return:
A return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery;
The artwork must be returned to the original shipping address;
The artwork must be in its original condition and properly packaged (original packaging is recommended).
If the original packaging is unavailable, please use appropriate protective packaging and keep photos for insurance purposes.
We recommend keeping the packaging until you are fully satisfied with your purchase.
CUSTOM ARTWORKS
Custom artworks (including custom sizes, colors, or personalized requests) are not eligible for return once delivered.
As each custom piece is made specifically for the customer and cannot be resold, we appreciate your understanding.
REFUND PROCESSING
Once the returned artwork is received and inspected:
Refunds will be processed within 3 business days;
PayPal / Shop Pay refunds may take up to 3 business days to appear;
Credit card refunds may take 7–15 business days, depending on your bank.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your artwork arrives damaged, we sincerely apologize.

with your order number and clear photos of the damage and packaging.
After confirmation, we will arrange a replacement or provide an appropriate resolution.
